What POS Play is
POS Play is a free mobile app that mixes three things people already do on their phones: play quick games, hang out with friends, and look for a good deal nearby. You play, you earn points, you convert them into POS coins — and those coins are the key to everything else in the app.
Why we built it
Most "earn while you play" apps are either dull or dishonest. We wanted something that is genuinely fun to open for five minutes on the bus, that connects you with other players, and that is straight about what the rewards are: POS coins are virtual points with no cash value. No purchases, no gambling, no fine print.
The second idea is local. Ads on your phone usually come from companies a thousand kilometres away. We think the shop on your street should be able to reach the players in its area just as easily — so the Offers tab is built around where you are, not who bids the most.
Where it's going
- Offers near you — deals from shops in your neighbourhood, matched to your area (with your permission).
- Cards — collectible cards that do things on your feed and connect you with other players.
- More games — the catalogue grows without you needing to update the app.

Codenovate is an independent developer from India. POS Play is our first consumer app. Small team, fast releases, and we read every message.
